Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions:

  • A 50% deposit is required within 14 days of making the booking.
  • The balance is due 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival, Huski will refund the full amount of the deposit received, less a cancellation fee of $10. Where a Visa Card or MasterCard was used to pay this deposit, the 2% transaction fee will also be withheld.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 4 weeks prior to arrival, Huski will refund the full amount of the deposit received, less a cancellation fee of 15% of this amount. Where a Visa Card or MasterCard was used to pay this deposit, the 2% transaction fee will also be withheld.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, any deposit amount will be forfeited.

Falls Creek Snow Sports Guarantee:

  • The Falls Creek Snow Sports Guarantee provides important piece of mind when planning your trip to the snow, knowing that if there is insufficient snow 48 hours prior to your arrival, to enable three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek to be open for snow sports, then all accommodation fees will be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of 15% of the accommodation total.
  • All snow guarantee cancellations must be received prior to 48 hours of scheduled arrival.
  • This guarantee does not apply if snow sport runs at the resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions.
  • This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.
