Falls Creek does not have a fuel station. Mt Beauty, located approximately 33kms at the bottom of the mountain, is the closest fuel stop and all drivers should fill their vehicle up before making their way up the mountain. Mt Beauty fuel stations are open from 7am–7pm during the snow season 7 days a week.
In winter, diesel vehicles should fill up with Alpine Diesel from Mt Beauty or other local suppliers to ensure their vehicle works correctly in the cold conditions.
From Mount Beauty head along the Bogong High Plains (BHP) Road to Falls Creek (30kms). Once you reach the Village of Falls Creek, take the first right, Falls Creek Road, then take the third left, Sitzmark Street. Huski is located approx 200m on the right.
Falls Creek is a 4.5 hour drive (356km) from Melbourne (closest international airport) or 1.5hr drive from Albury (closest regional airport). Falls Creek is a day's drive from Sydney (690km).

Avoid the long drive and hassle of snow chains this winter by arriving at Falls Creek Resort with Forest Air Helicopters. Helicopter flights operate daily up the mountain in only 6 minutes from Mt Beauty and 35 minutes from Albury. For more information; Helicopter Service
When you arrive at the Howman's Gap Resort Entry Station four kilometres from the village, you will need to purchase a Resort Entry Permit for the duration of your stay. For more detailed information; Resort Entry
Accommodation Transfer Service (ATS)
When you arrive at Falls Creek you can unload your luggage and passengers at the Accommodation Transfer Station which is located on the right hand side as you enter the Village. An attendant will then direct you to park your car and a free shuttle service will bring you back to the ATS.

Alternatively, you can walk to Huski from the ATS. There is a set of stairs that runs from the ATS building up to Huski. The stairs take 5 minutes and bring you up to Sitzmark Street and then you turn right on Sitzmark Street to get to Huski.
